Pros/Cons
Pros
- The support team is amazing and the ability to use where ever you have an internet connection is very helpful.
- Sony is very pleased with the support and service we have received from Novatus and very pleased with the tool.
- Our overall experience with Conga Contracts has been positive. The intuitive interface and comprehensive contract management features make it a great tool for streamlining contract processes.
Cons
- The lack of support with implementation, the length of time to correct new errors caused by system updates, the amount of time required to customize templates and workflows.
- Conga is unethical and has no culture of customer service.
- It had a learning curve, and was still difficult to duplicate and reproduce documents.
Pros
- Our volunteers love Onfleet. Onfleet is amazing when it comes to best fit routes for all parties.
- Amazing product and impressed with the ease of use and the ease of implementation. The product is intuitive for dispatchers and drivers.
- On fleet has been a huge help to my business. It's robust, yet easy to use and the customer service is fantastic.
Cons
- I dislike the fact that it wont sync offline, when my driver loose signal they have to wait until signal returns.
- Also, it won't tell me whether there are errors with the upload until AFTER it has finished loading which can be hard to manage when I'm short on time.
- The only complaints that we've gotten are about the Android app being buggy.
