At the time it was only average but I know they've come a long way and have made great progress since then. I would recommend them alone for the great customer service I had.

The design of the toolbar response and time it takes for enhancement requests. Constant Account rep changes and limited communication.

Each change comes with the removal or addition of features, but there isn't much of a warning or notice to let you know. I've lost whole documents before without any explanation.

Work with it a few times before  in my other job, works good and its easy to use I recommend it in a 100.

It has helped us to integrate our registration documents and recommendation proposals, which is a significant time savings.

Overall I would highly recommend the tool. Much better than building quotes in Word (which I had to do before APTTUS).

If you need higher level assistance, Apttus support is very responsive and helpful. Apttus allows your legal team to save money by reducing the amount of time it takes to draft or review contracts.

A little difficult on the front end but then, no worries. VERY good customer service.

It is easy to use, easy to configure and is constantly being updated to bring more functionality to allow users to work smarter.

The support team is amazing and the ability to use where ever you have an internet connection is very helpful.

It had a learning curve, and was still difficult to duplicate and reproduce documents.

It has increased productivity to our legal department by integration Agreements and Opportunities. We like the X-Author Plugin to Word.

Centralized location for important contractual agreements; the approval / signature process is wonderful.

Our Operations team can't live without it. This was one of the smoothest, most successful projects we have implemented and are quite happy with it.

A very good solution out in market to manage contracts.

Customer Service was horrible. You could not talk to someone when you wanted to.

It was simple enough, even for a novice user like myself. The fact I could integrate it with my bank account and automatically enter expenses and raise invoices with my own branding etc. was great.

The single most annoying thing about it is the support.

The FreshBooks/Xero integration stopped working around 2017 (I don't know why; each company blames the other).

We were currently using Quickbooks, which had, at the time, very limited cloub-based capability. Xero looked great, was easy to use, and made it possible for our virtual team to work together.

I love how easy it is to sync bank feeds and reconcile transactions. I love the rule feature that allows me to set my routine transactions to the correct COA.

There is more information in the project tabs than what you can obtain in the report which is disappointing.

I believe Xero have captured a very nice niche of the industry with it's very business orientated user interface and simplisitic feel. It makes accounting somewhat fun for the business owner.

Ve not used the full power of Xero yet but so far it’s been great in helping me keep track of real time spending etc. It’s certainly an asset to the business and I’m learning more as I use it.

Finances are easier to keep up to date and more frequently, the software updates are seamless, the reports are great, the integrations are outstanding, and the service is super.

Every feature I need is an extra add on charge. The remember me at login does not work and I have to waste time with 2 step login every time I leave the computer for 5 minutes.

Xero has been a great experience for me. If you want software that can automatically allocate transactions when and where you need them to go, save yourself time and check out Xero.

Great software, price is affordable for small businesses.

Xero is easy to use (with a little direction perhaps) and it's been great for invoicing, payroll, and tracking our finances.

Easy to share with accountants. A thoughtful social enterprise discount given too.

And there are odd glitches in the reporting (cannot recall all the details now, I only have one client left using this app) that I had to watch out for.
