- The best part of the software is it's functionality but that is only realized because of the people that have helped us develop solutions that meet our customers expectations over the years.
- The product has been simple to integrate into our ERP, new integrations are quick to implement and well supported by Conexiom.
Cons
- No manuals supplied, but you can obtain documentation online.
- The hardest part was the setup of the various vendors. However, one you set them up there is no maintenance unless the vendor changes the file format.
Pros
- The technical support was outstanding with follow up and regular conversations as we developed the program to fit our specific industry contracts and documents database needs.
- Cobblestone is a great system that allows me to manage our contracts, find documents and complete tasks in a timely manner. Customer support is wonderful, always very responsive.
Cons
- The only downside I can see was there wasn't a mobile app but they have listened to our feedback and added this within the past few months.
- Lag time and inability to remove/hide out-of- the-box fields/modules; however, the accustomed to the platform a user becomes, the less those elements are noticed.
