Pros
- What I liked most about Monday is that it is super user friendly. Synchs to user emails to ensure messages/updates are received.
- It has a beautiful UI which is user-friendly. I love the timeline view and the integration center is amazing and user friendly.
Cons
- The only downside I have encountered was probably use error, wherein I set up 2 logins by accident.
- My team hates it, they find it confusing; I disagree. They do not like the layout and find it confusing to navigate through.
Pros
- The setup team and the setup meeting was great. They went over everything in detail and were available to answer questions and help with integration.
- The product is generally very easy to use, particularly for frontline workers. The backend can be a bit less intuitive and the canned reporting is lacking in my opinion, but overall it is simple.
Cons
- No control over what sized boxes they pack your goods in which leads to crazy shipping prices. Miss information when signing up.
- I dislike that the way picking is set up that when the picker is picking the system does not give them more than one location for an item incase that the item was not there in the first location.
