I like it, and as it gets better the more I like it.

Easy to use, makes rating a shipment  enjoyable, all quotes in one place and easy to select which one you want. Gives you the BOL and Pallet labels or you can email them.

The navigation of shipments using a side scrolling bar is a little cumbersome. Previously only being able to have one shipment per account was a problem but that has not been resolved.

The thing I like the most about Freight Pop is all the features.

All other TMS I've seen or used look so outdated and hard to use.

It also has price quoting and works with shipping accounts you may already have. So we can see the market price on shipping as well as the discounts we might get from somewhere like UPS or FedEx.

Background address validation, good scale integration and smooth progression to the next shipment —It accommodates our workflow of shipping many shipments in rapid succession.

FreightPop support is amazing. Cloud based is a nice advantage.

As with any company, every company has their own particular needs and FreightPop has made a great effort to accomplish all of their customer's particular requirements.

Very easy to use, customer support is very responsive and addresses problems quickly. The process is self explanatory, and allows anyone to ship something knowing they are getting the best rates.

Can be a bit slow to load information but there are tricks to fix that.

Sometimes they have system upgrade and it will show some error message. But after we communicate the administrator, It got fixed right away.

Sometimes carriers return weird information or is not fast enough and it times out and does not display them.

Super easy and quick to use. All I have to do is input the ship to zip code, freight class, rate, and click Get Quote.

The format is simple, and I love the way it brings the carriers up cheaper to more expensive.

We have to have a good idea of our shipping cost because freight can be as much as 50% of our production cost.

Overall, I am happy with the software and the customer service prompt response to my questions. Very fast and reliable to solve any issues.

The customer support is very responsive and willing to help if possible. It is built on the Salesforce platform, which means the reporting can be customized to fit your company's analytical needs.

KUEBIX is a very intuitive, customer friendly, and swift way to get shipping prices.

I will say again that the biggest frustration is their customer service and responses.

I simply unbook the BOL, delete and start over. It takes no time to do this.

Entering the shipping details one time and receiving many options is a real benefit. It allows me to choose the shipper that fits the need for the particular shipment.

Its fast at rates and i love that part easy to use.

When I want to know who's going to be the cheapest, I always go to Kuebix. It's quick and easy to see who is the cheapest.

I have been shipping for this company for about 10 months and have yet to figure out how to use YRC's website correctly. Kuebix is extremely user friendly and it saves me a lot of time.

If we used more carriers it would be great because it is easy to compare the cost of shipping all at once.

I have never had a trucking company to not show up. Get software and a great tool for rating and scheduling.

Kuebix software is very easy to use. Very accurate when obtaining quotes, freight organization, and keeping track with carriers.

It's confusing going to another section and having to search for it, especially if there were several quotes.

The system as a whole is clunky and feels like an unfinished product.

Only problem the was not that big a deal was when they updated the program and moved some things around.

Being able to quote multiple carriers at once is a life saver. Also it is very nice being able to pull up quotes quickly when auditing freight bills.

Getting errors on some carriers for incorrect NMFC numbers. Should be some auto correct function.

It has been excellent, it has made my job easier.
