Easy to use, makes rating a shipment  enjoyable, all quotes in one place and easy to select which one you want. Gives you the BOL and Pallet labels or you can email them.

The navigation of shipments using a side scrolling bar is a little cumbersome. Previously only being able to have one shipment per account was a problem but that has not been resolved.

The thing I like the most about Freight Pop is all the features.

All other TMS I've seen or used look so outdated and hard to use.

It also has price quoting and works with shipping accounts you may already have. So we can see the market price on shipping as well as the discounts we might get from somewhere like UPS or FedEx.

Background address validation, good scale integration and smooth progression to the next shipment —It accommodates our workflow of shipping many shipments in rapid succession.

FreightPop support is amazing. Cloud based is a nice advantage.

As with any company, every company has their own particular needs and FreightPop has made a great effort to accomplish all of their customer's particular requirements.

Very easy to use, customer support is very responsive and addresses problems quickly. The process is self explanatory, and allows anyone to ship something knowing they are getting the best rates.

Can be a bit slow to load information but there are tricks to fix that.

It has many great features to keep track of your shipment.

There are limited User/Roll permission settings, you can block a user from a carrier completely, but not specific services, i.e. Next Day Air AM.

The support team via IM or email have been extremely responsive and helpful resolving problems and questions.

Carrier integration is simple. Rate Shopping works great.

We use both the API interface and the web interface. The support team is great when you have a question or problem.

My team loves using FreightPOP. It is easy to create a shipment, rate shop it and tender it to the carrier.

Easy to use and feature-rich. Processes both small parcel and LTL shipments.

Sometimes they have system upgrade and it will show some error message. But after we communicate the administrator, It got fixed right away.

There are not anything i can think of as bad. They are constantly making imporvements.

The ability to ship things quickly and shop our various carrier rates at the same time without logging into multiple websites.

In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I love Paypal because it is so easy to use and super compatible with anyone regardless of where they live.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My overall experience with PayPal is amazing I love them I would rate them an 11 if I could.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.
