Pros
- It has been a very positive experience. The platform works great for our company, and the support staff is super friendly and helpful.
- I like all of the options it provides, we get great reporting, tracking is much easier, ability to send out spot quotes. It is so easy to rate shop and find the best option for our freight.
- Very positive, was a great investment for our company, it does exactly what we were looking for.
Cons
- There are not anything i can think of as bad. They are constantly making imporvements.
- The only negative thing with FP is the software updates sometimes cause bugs in the system.
- There are limited User/Roll permission settings, you can block a user from a carrier completely, but not specific services, i.e. Next Day Air AM.
Pros
- I saved a lot of time and money with ShippyPro. But most importantly I was able to provide my customers with the best quality service possible.
- I am very satisfied with ShippyPro because it has made it possible to make good savings and easily manage the complex situations of the couriers.
- Finally we discovered Shippypro and working with them has been a breeze. Although you can only contact their staff via chat their help is amazing.
Cons
- It is not possible to export more than 80 orders from Etsy, orders are exported in the wrong order.
- Lots of errors in their software and API to the service providers.
- Customer Service :( as no one is answering the query on time. The Internal Layout is quite confusing need some Improvement.
