Pros/Cons

Pros
typically i source my items of interest on other sites and snag the URL, paste it into Go Procure and enter the basic info orders are almost as simple as Amazon and other on-line retailers...
easy to approve supply purchases - easy to order and source from different suppliers

Cons
I dislike that we aren't given enough updates regarding our purchases and have to email the supervisor regularly.
It would be nice to receive updates on the status of my order.

Pros
The customer service is EXCELLENT. Everything is pretty intuitive and... Inventory control. Oh its wonderful to be able to make inventory negative when something breaks :)
Everything, It's Christmas and everything is wonderful. Software is easy. Perfect to use. The rep is wonderful!

Cons
It's confusing in the beginning to have to download the connect easy program and get the printer all connected, but once it is set and ready it is easy.
It's not as user-friendly as some of the other software on the market. It takes some getting used to, but it's well worth it.
