Pros/Cons

Pros
The pricing was excellent and it had most all the features we were looking for. The support is real time and very helpful.
Intuitive and very easy to learn. Also a little fun to drag the fields around. Makes it so much easier to get signatures, compared to using pen and paper!

Cons
There are editing issues at times, they have been improved since we started using the product so it has become less annoying then when we started but there are still some minor issues.
It does take the documents (depending on the size) a while to load sometimes. So I wish that was a bit quicker, but once it has loaded you can navigate through it with no problems.

Pros
Customer service is on point in terms of timely support and helpfulness. Calling and getting an answer on questions helped quite a bit. The WMS is great and very responsive. Integrations went smooth.
That it will update across all of the marketplaces. I also like that you can set figures for when to restock. You can do purchase orders right from SkuVault.

Cons
It wasn't the most intuitive interface for me in the beginning, so it really helped to have the assistance in the first few weeks to learn the terminology, layout, etc.
I would prefer to be able to customize more in SKUVault to better fit our use case but I understand that this might be unique to our industry.
