In summary I would say that I am very satisfied with the Paypal service for purchases, payment, especially immediate worldwide. Its clear and noble interface makes the operations pleasant.

I don't like the dispute process for disputing charges for orders not received. I have had many times when i did not receive product or received not of quality product and was unable to get a refund.

What I liked most about this software was definitely the customer service. They were excellent in helping solve my issue and in a timely manner.

Easy to use and acceptable by tons of merchants/sellers. I also appreciate their support, as they have helped me resolves issues promptly.

I love how protective the company is and they are extremely reliable I love them they are just simply amazing.

The two things I hate about PayPal is its account limiting and favoring buyers disputes over sellers. This has promoted so much fraud.

It's super easy use to use. I love all the safety features it has especially protecting my personal information.

I like PayPal you can use it anywhere you can take it anywhere as it's easy access my experience with PayPal has been wonderful.

I dislike that I've been charged a fee when others have sent money to me. When sending a small amount, it stinks to have a fee on that.

I am a big fan of paypal and the fact it gained trust within all major merchants. Would be good if it worked with amazon too.

My only complaint is the customer service aspect. It's done through an email template so there is a delay in getting answers which is frustrating.

They can freeze your money at any time and you are stuck for months trying to appeal and have them release YOUR MONEY. This can kill your business.

After my 1st stamp printed on the wrong sheet and I tried to contact support and got no response, I stopped using it. Uninstalled the application and have not gone back to it.

If you don’t have all the right equipment such as a scale or know how to gauge what exactly you need you risk paying  for the wrong thing.

Com has saved me many times in being able to get shipments of any kind out and on time. During these current times of the pandemic, it is great to have a post office at home so to speak.

Stamps.com is so easy to use and works perfectly to send out mailings. The website is point and click what you want.

The monthly fees are too high. And will be charged whether you use the service or not.

Just about everything, the fact if you make an error or your printer jams you do not have the option to reprint and have to wait weeks for the refund on shipping VERY frustrating.
