Excellent customer support and the product is fantastic and the pipefy staff is always looking to improve the user experience.

The UI is great, services team was very helpful. Automation is a great feature as well as the reporting capabilities and email triggers.

It helps me organize my processes and my day by day; It's easy to use; let you customize everything; Changed completely my daily routine for the best.

Overall the software is good. Its a balanced value for the money.

In general, I have had a good experience with the software so far. I hope that the platform is updated all the time for better use.

The support team is great and, for 90% of the occasions, I can use Pipefy to manage my team and our process.

The implementation and sales teams were phenomenal. They were helpful, responsive, and were able to find work-arounds if there was a feature I wanted but was not yet available.

Our next steps will be to make use of pipefy API to extract important team metrics which I hope will be very useful.

To be honest, it looks like Pipefy has some great features, but I only needed one: to create a simple, easy checklist for repeating tasks.

The Kanban view is very clean and easy to manage, and the calendar view helps a lot when we are planning our launches. Also, the automations are very useful to implement poka-yokes into the process.

There are certain pieces of data that do not flow well between WooCommerce and TradeGecko. The lack of phone customer support at the lower subscription levels is irritating.

This software is SUPER easy to use - you don't even need to have a history in inventory or experience.

Tradegecko is great software and always getting better.

It was important for me to find a software that integrated with the other software platforms such as Shopify, Xero that we were already using.

The usability of the software is good. It can handle multiple currencies well.

The interface has a very easy to understand design and it is easier to buy and select items and quantities.

First of all,  you can't just get on the phone with someone when you're having a problem. Everything is through email.

Problems with flow to QBO and no End of Day Report. Who doesn't have an end of day report.

The back end reporting is the worst I have ever come across in any system.

The actual core of the product - keeping track of inventory is not as robust as it needs to be. We have had many problems of bad syncing with shopify and xero.

It was quite limited on putting multiple categories to products so I get lost looking for an item because it can only belong to one category.

If you have a manufacturing and import procedures which involves multi currency use, i strongly recommend to think twice and perform a complete trial before buying their subscription.

No choice to download the documents in different formats, except long procedure via automation, which is an absolute waste of time.
