  • Pros

  • Best in remote access to connect any time and this is very easy for IT admin to jump on. Always BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT to take owner ship.
  • I have worked with more advanced products for years, but this just works. Support is great and the community is awesome.
  • Cons

  • I dislike that I can not be logged in on multiple devices.
  • There is NO way to speak to someone, everything is bot type chat, long hold queues and email tickets. Avoid this, you get what you pay for.

  • Easy to install and upgrade. Team delivers regular releases with new features and bug fixes.
  • They have a superb support crew and are introducing new features and functionality at high speed, realy listening very closely to users for feature requests.
  • Cons

  • The only alarming thing is it takes many resources.
  • The default settings for alerts are set a bit too high for our system and I had to lessen them to avoid mass email alerts.
