The mobile app is difficult to use. It struggles to load messages so we find ourselves using the desktop app 99% of the time.

It is very hard to carry on a conversation via the app. Being tied down to a computer to respond to customers is not ideal for the mobile business we are.

They have been great about communication and helping us get everything up and running.
