The mobile app is buggy and needs refining. Managing marketing 'sequences' can be trickier than normal due to the buggy mobile app.

Great way to engage customers automatically. Customer service is great at listening to and implementing suggestions for changes to software.

QR codes seem to expire. When printing flyers off at some point they become useless and we have to reprint with new codes.

Not everyone is comfortable giving out their cell phone #s, so we've struggled with that portion.

We have had several questions/issues (on our end) and every single time we have reached out for help we have received prompt, excellent customer support.

This was to prevent SPAM texting, but should be disclosed to users up front, especially API users.
