When I first started using it, there were some things that confused me for a moment. I don't remember what all that was.

Super easy to use, allows me to quickly set up and schedule my text marketing.

I do not like having to select EST each time i send a message. I've accidentally hit the wrong time zone before and my messages have been delayed.

I enjoyed the easy use of this product. I definitely saw an increase in my text marketing with people signing up with their emails to be added to my email list.

The ordering of messages were a little confusing, especially when texts were from the same user.

Overall great to use and helps with building my client base.

I have noticed weird bugs here and there - scheduled texts not sending at the time I chose, etc. It's also annoying that the time zone sometimes changes/defaults back to mountain time.

I am not only gaining business from the use of txt180 but I'm helping others gain business as well.

No integration effort required to use WhatsApp API. WATI takes care of everything and it is really simple to use for someone who does not have technical knowledge.

Onboarding is not instant. It takes about 5 days to get onboarded, but it still the lowest compared to other WhatsApp Team Inbox solutions.
