The customer service and direct support with the account manager is second to none, always on hand and they listen to feedback and ideas for improvement.

While we will only be charged for active users, this does feel a bit messy to still have employees who have left still on there.

Really good, our sales point of contact Giedrius has been so supportive and knowledgable.

Chargifi have been responsive and helpful, setting up the system was easy and the team have found it very easy to use and have needed very little support.

We believe Team Managers and Global Admins should be able to cancel bookings on behalf of other users for instances such as severe illness etc.

We have had a great experience working with Chargifi from implementation to ongoing maintenance.

We do also feel you should be able to remove users from Kadence who are only suspended on AD. We do not permanently delete users from AD, only suspend, which means they will not remove from Kadence.

Chargifi is really easy to use and understand, it has enabled our team to return to the office with confidence and clarity.

Support line was slow to respond initially but this has since massively improved and now that we have used the software for a couple of months all issues appear to have been happily resolved.

The customer service is excellent. We receive very quick responses and Kadence are regularly building the required fixes into the app within good time.

No option to add notes for guest bookings. No option to see bookings in a calendar vs the long list.

They are super responsive and constantly adding more features. The recent self-certification feature has really helped us manage various regulatory requirements.

I love the fact it is very convenient and helpful.

The cons we were concerned with initially have already been resolved. One thing we were concerned about was a lack of meeting room booking integration.

There are no end user guides. This was very frustrating as I had to create my own.

From my perspective I find the admin screens really easy to find everything that is needed.

Unsure about limiting the number of employees that can book in on one particular day - covid issue.

We enjoy how simple and easy it is to book desks and have data on office attendance very quickly. With today's pandemic, it is very important to keep track of any tracing/interaction.

This has given us the ability to clearly represent the in store experience, ultimately leading to a more cohesive rollout for our retail teams.

It was quite easy to integrate our products into the program, and actually helped better our internal process overall.

It is the easiest and clearest by far. The whole team is very easy to work with and the customer service is top notch.

After the tool is implemented and the team is comfortable with the navigation, the tool is very easy to use.

My favorite part of using this software was how easy it was to learn. I'd never used it before starting at my company 2 years ago, so it was very helpful how fast the IWD team was able to train me.

The integration of IWD has been such a pleasant experience. The team is super knowledgeable , friendly and patient.

IWD functions very similar to SketchUp,  so it was very easy to learn. Their team provided ample training resources to gain fluency in the software.

IWD Display is easy to learn, and easy for us to teach new joiners. The essential functions of the tool is great, and we are constantly in touch with our support team who have been helpful.

While learning I would be frustrated at times when I created a display and then would look at it from a different angle and realize the product was floating or not set as I had thought.

IWD is a great program that was very easy to learn and makes designing VM renderings a breeze.

I love that IWD is user friendly, and the software really allows me to easily update, copy and export planograms.

I love the endless possibilities and organization.

Enables best managing display in POS, simulating, planning and analizing the assortment sales at POS in minimum and easy effort from anywhere.

Technical problems as downloading/receiving pictures as pace is too slow. Fire wall in China which made us stopped working with IWD.

It' super easy to use & the ability to create 2 d & 3d retail views if care to do so in the near future.

Most importantly, the feedback from the retail team members has been incredible. They love the clarity and simplicity of the directions we are now able to provide.

The most useful aspect of this tool is the ability to visually communicate with other departments within the organization.

I also would like a more comprehensive 'cheat sheet' that includes all the short cuts in one place.

The program is extremely user friendly and I was able to comfortably navigate it almost immediately. IWD is perfect for your team regardless of their levels of experience digital merchandising.

It is a powerful tool for planning and communicating merchandising directives. It's been especially helpful during COVID, when site visits are not always possible.

IWD Display has been implemented since many years in the company and we are very happy of our collaboration with IWD.

It's a great tool to help plan for the new season. Once everything is set up, it can easily be updated in a relatively short period of time.

Typically I really struggle with digital programs and would not consider myself tech savvy.
