  • Pros

  • Our previous software vendor, Tenmast, was purchased by MRI. Seeing what software was being developed for the Public Housing arena was great.
  • We use it for our accounting for tenants and payables. This is the most user friendly software there is out there for property management.
  • Cons

  • Users are confused when trying to navigate through courses and the site in general.
  • I doubt MRI will reduce annual cost to make up for the loss of a program that we are receiving and paying for with the current software. Billing detail could be clearer.

  • It has helped us save costs as we don’t always need a receptionist to man the front desk. Visitors are always super impressed, has transformed the visitor experience.
  • Integrations with Outlook and Google calendar its great feature. The kiosk app is user-friendly to the visitors, fluid to work with.
  • Cons

  • I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.
  • Reloading take several times. Sometimes you can not find the information requiring customers and people often gets a little bit frustrated.
