I will continue to use Horizon because my overall experience is amazing and they have my ultimate needs for my business to survive.

Not completely intuitive. Messaging to all officials clumsy and sometimes frustrating.

After a couple of months using HWR, I finally realized how its power and performance blew away OA, and I was a little mad at myself for not discovering HWR sooner.

Excellent value overall and continued improvements are excellent.

The versatility and customization is great. Makes scheduling a breeze.

Allows for confidence in filling assignments. Very much worth the investment.

Before I switched to HWR three years ago, I used Official Assignor (OA), which I thought was a good product at the time. But HWR is so much better, literally 10x better.

The best thing about  HorizonWebRef has been the support staff changing the standard parameters to fit our Wrestling Officials needs.

This assigning platform is the best out there and I have worked with all most all of the competetors.

Ability to see availability over various associations, good phone app... filtering system good for pulling the reports I need.

At the beginning of each season, I have to do battle with 150 umpires to get them to switch their availability from Unavailable to Available.

My officials like it for the app and text messages. Speeds up assigning and quality of assignments.

Horizon is very easy to use and the app is great. The features available are great and it's cheaper than the competitor that we used to use.

Tech support is so fast and good, they know their product, and get to you usually in under a minute, and it's free.

Easy to use, as we have youth officials as well as senior officials using the program and they all understand it with minimal training. The ability to customize lots of options to suit your needs.

It is super easy to use, very modern feel, and great mobile app. Saves so much time assigning the officials.

Best officials assigning software for the money out there.

I have fewer problems knowing who is available.

That is no longer the case. In addition, we have few if any no-show games where an official does not show up.

This software is easy to use, intuitive, inexpensive and has features in it for free that other competitors charge you for.

Officials love both the free App, as well as the calendar syncing features and it goes without saying that cost wise, Horizon is significally less pricey.

Not sure about Meet Manager things yet - will be implementing the whole swimtopia this season - we just did website this past year.

When we first switched over - the folks at SwimTopia we very helpful in assisting us getting our site up and running very quickly.

After using Active Hy-Tek and Team Unify for years prior, we switched to Swimtopia and it is by far the best online platform for organizing your team and running meets.

My experience with SwimTopia was fantastic. I have used other swim team management platforms in the past that were not user friendly for the administrator or end user.

Customer support is great via the help articles and emails  and by contacting the company.

It is easy to explain, and overall a great website.

Their customer support is fantastic- always responsive and knowledgeable.

We love the registration capabilities. Swimtopia let's our parents self manage all registration simply, and our treasurer loves how simple it is to get money directly into our bank account.

It immediately paid dividends for administrators and customers. Customer service is the best in the industry.

The near-seamless integration of the two very different software packages saved out team a massive amount of time and headaches we previously had in switching between other packages.

The only challenge for me was a personal challenge. I am not entirely comfortable with 'web site design' and initially thought it was going to be the worst part of the transition to SwimTopia.

The site provides coaches with all resources needed to have a successful season. The parents can easily find and search for things.

However this would not cause me to stop using the software.

It is fairly intuitive to use and once it is initially setup it is very easy to update and maintain from season to season.

For our parents who are increasingly demanding to interact with us through a phone not a laptop, this presents a few challenges.

SwimTopia is easy to use as an administrator and user. Keeps all participants informed through email, keeps track of all swim times, best times, etc.

Having all the information in one place saves us so much time. Ths software has made a huge difference for our team, we love it.

The registration and meet management functions are the best.

Sometimes it's hard to grasp all the features built into SwimTopia - when we first set it up - we were just using the basic features.

The online registrations are AMAZING and our roster has grown by over 10% each year we have had SwimTopia. The website allows easy social media integration and promotion.

Reports can be a little difficult to navigate.

It all starts off with being to have one place to look for all our swimmers, meets, parent volunteers, registration, spirit wear  and fee collection... and most importantly - gives us a Great Website.

The features are perfect for our needs. On occasion we have asked the company to provide additional features and it seems like we weren't the only ones asking because it happened.
