Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very positive, we feel that they are always close to us. I hope that our integration with the payroll system can bear fruit and that you can use it, I think it will be magnificent.
- Fast onboarding and intuititive software with a lot of tailoring options. Being an entrepreneurial company, the speed of progress with the software is amazing, i.e. mobile app is a great help.
- In addition, they are constantly developing professional new features so this great ATS/CRM is only getting better and better by the month.
Cons
- The current downside of the tool is the customization of the email templates and the connection with other tools.
- Does not have a mobile app and sometimes it show error when loading.
- I have used Bullhorn, Crelate, and other software and have always been frustrated by the experience, lack features, and the time it takes to make edits or additions.
Pros
- You are a true asset to your company and an example of what outstanding customer support looks like.
- My 30 day free trial convinced me to sign up for another month, or until my hiring needs were met. I am happy to report my win-win situation = new hire = new happy employee.
- Awesome, easy to use, great interaction with employer contacts, and not too intrusive with messages about 'upselling.
Cons
- The amount of spam we get is crazy. Applicants that are fake or are really not interested is high.
- More annoying then anything. Removing about 100+ emails a day for a state i no longer live in is a pain in the butt.
- Sometimes the job listings were spamming up my email and I found it frustrating to unsubscribe to all the different types of emails I was receiving from it.
