Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Flexibility to integrate directly with many other platforms, customer service is really helpful within seemingly seconds of sending a question in.

  • After the initial set-up the operation is seamless and does not require constant user interaction. The system just works and helps us attract new patients.

  • Cons

  • I wish there was a solution for managing Yelp reviews--I get it that Yelp is hard to work with in this space.

  • Set up was rather time consuming, but so worth it.

  • Pros

  • They did and do exactly what they said they would, in the amount of time that they said they would do it and there were no hidden fees. The service is great. The quality rocks!

  • Mobile app is easy to navigate, never gives me any trouble.

  • Cons

  • Nextiva only had a few hit or miss moments in which case operations were suspended during heavy traffic times. Other than that, it is a great service they provide.

  • There are cheaper chat tools in the market but we prefer to use a higher quality service to ensure the best experience for our customers. It’s just better for everyone that way.
