Pros
- The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
- The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
Cons
- Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
- The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

- While there is a great deal of integration support available, the resources provided allows for ease of integration and setup of all functionality without the need for technical assistance.
- They are dedicated to the success of the organization, offer valuable insights and are invested in the success of your organization and employees.
Cons
- I haven't found anything I don't like about the system yet.
- When you add labels, if you add the wrong one, they can't be deleted, even if they're not attached to anything, which makes it difficult to trust that multiple users will code with the same thing.
