Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • The modular panels are very helpful and the design is pretty intuitive when you're constructing your email. I don't typically like drag-and-drop functionalities but this one does it pretty well.
  • The functionality of the email campaigns are great and we feel like we're just scratching the surface when it comes to their capability.
  • Cons

  • Our organization is unsure of if this is a problem with the company or Gmail, but that is one obstacle we have come across.
  • The only complaint (and it really isn't a complaint) is that they don't have a local feel to them. We are in a tough market.

  • Nfield is the only software I have worked so far that covers all methodologies CAPI, Online and CATI. NIPO improved it software along with time.
  • And you can do it from where you want - PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone... , where you are - at office or at home, and when you want.
  • Cons

  • For example if my role in the company is to monitor the fieldwork, there is no need to have access to the questionnaire.
  • There is no API access to data. It would be very convenient to access some variables instead od downloading whole dataset or paradata.
