There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

Even if you are not familiar with email marketing campaigns iContact makes the process a breeze with intuitive user interface and automated processes and even greater templates.

It's easy to use, but the customer support is there if you need it. The prices are competitive with other likewise sites.

At first it was a great alternative to CC. A good price with a decent interface and feature set.

I had to double enter a lot of info with my fundraising software and then to i-contact. There was a lack of integration that I found frustrating.

We've had to contact support a couple of times and they have been helpful. The level we purchased isn't a comprehensive marketing solution.

It's easy to use and the reporting options make my post-campaign job easy. In past jobs I've used Mailchimp and Constant Contact, however iContact is much better in my opinion.
