There is a lack of customizations, and it can be difficult to determine how to make a form match a company's culture or outlook. There also can be struggles with exporting data once received.

It's great to be able to access these benefits just with my Google account, it's free and safe.

Puts some stress on departmental leaders to really act and discuss topics that could be seen as sensitive.

The webpage is slow for some strange reason. Reloading and moving around is sometimes slow and can get frustrating.

Especially we liked the fact that the tool was very easy to set up and seemed liked intuitive from both the administrator and user perspectives.
