I appreciate the ability to contiously monitor our employees' well-being in a non-obstructive, easy-to-understand manner. Especially helpful when managing people working remotely or from home.

We haven't came across any negative things yet. Sometimes the employees felt that the weekly report is too frequent.

In normal cases a company does a survey once a year, they try fix and changes what ever comes up being bad.

As a user I like the simple graphics that actually makes it fun to respond to the surveys.

It is easy to think that we all interpret the symbols in the same way and then it can lead us in wrong.

What I have heard is that it is little bit mor complicated from the administrators perspective, but I am not an administrator so I am not totally sure about that.

For me as an adminstrator of the software and HR-manager to be able to anonymously chat with my employees is fantastic.

Easy to use and easy to roll out. We have reported some improvement suggestions and the support team responded instantly and will probably make some changes according to our suggestions.

The standard questions may get a bit repetitive from time to time.

And the most that bothers me there is no draft saving feature there, when you start building a survey you should finish it at once.

Some legit emails get marked as spam. If too many are marked as spam you run the risk of getting your account suspended or at times deleted.
