  • Pros

  • Having instant, constructive feedback allows us to recognize outstanding employees as well as improve our customer experience. I also love the templates that allow us to respond to customer comments.
  • I know there are many other use cases than how we used Medallia but I found the experience easy to navigate and straight forward to understand customer and internal NPS scores and feedback.
  • Cons

  • You have to be discerning about how much detail you want to know, it can get overwhelming quickly. We use it to find the places we have missed the mark.
  • Only cons is sometimes medallia c loud will highlight red words that are good.it supposed to only high bad things in red.

  • It is simple to download results to share. I get great response rates through this platform (better than other platforms I use).
  • It's really easy to learn , not a steep learning curve. We use it across the board and makes surveying very simple and not tedious like it used to be.
  • Cons

  • Preview can be awkward, but that may be more due to unfamiliarity with the interface.
  • I have used this software for more than a decade. The newer versions of it are more difficult and less intuitive than previous versions, especially in survey analysis and report creation.
