If you work with paper surveys on any level, it is superior to anything else out there. If you want quick and easy reporting for your own purposes, it is also excellent.

Snap Surveys is a very good software, I would say that it is one of the best for the distribution of surveys, despite its prices, it still has quite interesting functions.

Snap is priced incredibly competitively given the immense functionality it provides. There is so much you can do with Snap I sometimes need help remembering what to do.

I don't really have any major faults with the product.

Once you learn it it is easy, but it takes a long time to get used to it. The program itself seems a little outdated.

I appreciate that they were fair and helpful, but it definitely feels like this is a software solution that requires engagement from the software provider's staff.

It is not intuitive , making it very difficult to learn and figure out how to make the program work for you.

If seen, this snap survey software is very easy to use, due to which you can connect with it in no time. If you use this software then you will get very good results in return.

Customer service is friendly and prompt and there are adequate training materials available on the website.

The SNAP survey guide is hard to navigate and can be tedious to find answers in sometimes.

It is still a powerful program that has a lot of great feature and advantages that you can't find in competing products.

These are calculated at the end so there is no way to transfer this to the front Screener part. Another item is since we use your system twice for the same person it also cost us twice.

I enjoy the ease in which the survey tool can be build and the data is collected. There are so many helpful features.

It has a very steep learning curve and has a high burden on administration without a way to delegate access control and responsibilities such as data validation/cross-checking.

Snap is pretty user friendly and the webhost features are easy to learn and use as well. We like the tracking of respondents and the ability to download results in multiple ways.

Very positive - a strong catalogue or question types together with branding capabilities has meant it has always met our client requirements.

Once you learn how to use the program it is very helpful in gaining useful data after the surveys are completed.

The experience was good but in the end we determined it wasn't the right product for us.

It allows for the creation of question libraries and easy drag-and-drop additions of questions, and powerful formatting management through styles.

There are a lot of options and unless you go through a full training, it's really hard to know what all is available to you.

I've been using Snap for almost 5 years now, and it's been a pretty good experience. Tech Support is always kind & responsive.

Working with Mexico clients, the software even has multi-language abilities for me to send surveys in Spanish. Easy to use and lots of updates and patches where they constantly improve their software.

Useful Online Survey software perfect for Social Distancing.

The inability to get a single response from the API. There is no way to manage your employee surveys from an administrative perspective.

The dashboard and reporting capability is powerful if you put in robust info. As well, it integrates with Salesforce CRM.

Integrates well with web services. Great preview, including for mobile.

The look and feel is good too. Once you learn how to use it, it’s easy to keep up.

Depending on what level of account you have, you can be limited in response options.

Customer support/our Qualtrics rep has also been great in helping us structure the questions to make sure they are phrased correctly and are fair to the people answering them.

The ease of the graphical results makes it a quick win to show to senior teams.

I love how easy it is to use and all the many options that are available.

Qualtrics is by far the best research software on the market. It's easy to use, functional, and all around great.

The Qualtrics survey platform also offers an offline application -- for an additional fee -- which is extremely weak.

One of my favorites is the ability to add a skip pattern in the survey. This is very advantageous when working in the social sciences field.

I have hated the reporting and dashboard functionality, as well as the administration dashboard.

When you mass send out a survey through Qualtrics, it often ends up going into people's spam folders. Also, sometimes the piped text features as well as adding contacts can be overly complicated.

However, while the base platform is great, the organization is far from perfect. I had numerous issues deploying the offline app.

Very easy to create and share surveys for research investigations. Exploration of already existing questions is good.

The ability to buy a single subscription for your entire organization can make this very cost effective, too.

Best survey use I've seen out there. Non linear question editing is superb and it is super easy to view mobile and desktop visuals.
