  • Pros

  • Creating the questions and answers portion of a survey is very easy and user-friendly, which is helpful when learning how a new platform might integrate into your business operations.
  • Ease of use, designs possibilities, integration with other platforms.
  • Cons

  • Getting a QR code was not as intuitive as SurveyMonkey, but their customer service easily bypassed this problem.
  • Navigating between projects was a little confusing. Not all changes after test survey made it to the visual report but was available in data export.

  • SurveyCTO is easy to use, it does not require very intense training. The features I love the most include the skip logic feature and question branching.
  • My favorite feature about CTO is how easy it is to incorporate videos and other forms of multimedia into the questionnaire flow.
  • Cons

  • The generic versions downloadable from the playstore have always been awful. I have never really understood how the stock program can be so deficient compared to the customized one.
  • The debugging and troubleshooting can be very frustrating when it comes to identifying the particular sources or causes for why a particular function is not being executed correctly.
