  • Pros

  • The support from our brilliant account manager has allowed us to develop actions from our engagement survey. The clear graphs and additional questions sets it above competitors.
  • Very easy to use, nice design and provides clear detailed actions on what to do next.
  • Cons

  • The results are limited to teams of 4, in some of my clients, there are not 4 people in each department. I understand, to anonymise the results, why it has to be this way.

  • Ease of use and sentiment analysis to help interpret qualitative feedback.
  • Good features, great when integrated with other Zoho Apps such as CRM.
  • Cons

  • When the time is up, I dd not know what to expect next. Then suddenly my survey dissapeard which frightened me at first but then I contacted the customer service who explained it.
  • Some missing features such as ID/Password lookup is missing, which is a special requirement that we have but we did not found in this product.
