  • Pros

  • If someone is looking for the best option for chatting, gChat should the best among all. And the extend at which chat is adding features it great to use for chatting, calling, video, etc.
  • As a part of our Google Workspace, it helps integrate communication within the entire network of our employees with such an ease.
  • Cons

  • My only complaint is that once in a while google goes down and thus chat is not available.
  • Google Chat allows users to create groups and rooms. This can be confusing as rooms are located in a different section of the chat so messages can sometimes get lost.

  • My most favorite feature of Jolt would be its assistance in helping the team meet food safety.
  • We also love the referral program. We haven't had anyone actually join yet, but we recommend Jolt to everyone.
  • Cons

  • This software can be a bit confusing to learn, including learning how to navigating through all of the features.
  • It can be difficult to delete a lost from the daily to-do checklist once it has been added.
