It is super useful, the recording feature is one of the most useful of the software. It gives you absolute control over your privacy and lets you choose when and what others can see.

This software is also more affordable to very affordable to everyone and has very simple features that can be understood and loved by many people.

The integration was seamless. If anything, when bandwidth is low it does not work as well.

GoToMeeting is a powerful and a complete software that makes communication easier and effective. It has a a very nice video and audio quality.

We sometimes have difficulties with establishing the connection from our client side. If your time is limited and it takes 10 minutes to get everyone connected you have lost valuable time.

Sometimes in the group call when using the group chat it is very annoying to open chat box over and over again as after sometime it collapse automatically.

Nice interface, nice sharing features. I like that we can zoom in and out on the document share feature.

And guess what they support voice command as well so for me is thumbs up. 3rd party integrated platforms such as 360, salesforce, and more.

The thing I liked most about the GoToMeeting software is that it's easy to access from anywhere, whether it's your phone or laptop. And that it's super user friendly as well.

Its User interface and its user experience is just outstanding. The quality and the facilities have made it much more useful than any other application used for video conferencing.

Very Easy to navigate and works in a browser without having to have invited parties download the application.

Horrible... run, just run, customer service is horrible. I talked to 2 managers who were supposed to fix this issue but never did.

Gotomeeting paid version has a lot of features and performs pretty flawlessly. I love the integration tools with Outlook and Chrome that makes setting up a meeting easy.

The software seems to be very stable and popular, and has good screen sharing capabilities as well as recording.

I feel this is a little more user friendly than Zoom as well.

It has all the basic functionality of virtual meetings, like video and audio, as well as chat. Screen-sharing worked well.

Its fine to use on a day to day basis if you're not needing much done. Otherwise, there are better tools with a similar price point available.

Connection issues from time to time. The volume has to remain on for communication so some have complained it can be disruptive in a client meeting or setting.

The most significant benefit for us was the accessibility via the API. While the web management console is easy to use our deployment depends on custom integration services.

We do have an on-premise Zello Enterprise server and the setup and configuration are straightforward and easy. Support from zello are superb.

We like zello a lot, but we are investigating at the moment possibilities to use gateways to combine zello with our own radios. This is especially an area’s imported, where we do not have internet.

But unfortunately, because it disconnects a lot, I sometimes miss messages or cannot send them.

Alarm needs to be loud (should wake up a person) and vibration is needed. We would also need a status panel, where status of the assigned job can be changed.

The range  is great and I like that you can playback messages. You can add your email account and works with pretty much and phone.

I saved a ton of money when I started using Zello. We drop our Verizon push to talk cell phone and also didn't require to use Walkie-Talkie devices either.

Overall I am very pleased with Zello. I rely on this software to ensure the safety of my officers.

Zello is super easy to use and train new employees on. It's easy to add users and make changes and the working with the zello staff is great.

There is a slight delay when you start talking to another user. It cuts off  a small part which at times you have to repeat yourself.

In our country radio frequency is paid and hard to receive license for using it.

As mentioned several times already, we would need a pager function similar to Group Alarm, Divera 24/7. If zello is inactive it is impossible to alert someone.

Also can be used when traveling with multiple vehicles. It is easy to use and great for communicating quickly.

The documented API is easy to use and the provided SDK's worked great.

I would say the only downside to this software is there is no gateway support unless u pay for it.

Zello helps our Search and Rescue organization to save lives. We don't have to repeat transmissions, and can have people participate from anywhere.
