Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It saves saves space and makes our office greener.

  • Very easy to use. Based on an iPad. Very intuitive. Staff likes using it also. Updates are say to get.

  • Cons

  • Initially, the PM side of the software was not as good as our prior system, but over time, the updates and changes have improved it greatly

  • I haven't found much not to like at this point! I guess the only problem is if the internet is down and I can't access the cloud. But otherwise it is working well.

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of use of this software, everything has been thought of!

  • I love the ease of use and the fact that you can access it via an app as well.

  • Cons

  • The Android app had many limitations in the past but as of three months ago, it just took off and now it is excellent!

  • The only thing I didn’t like was it was initially confusing on how to locate all the document templates. However, a quick search gave me a link on where they’re located in the software.
