Customer service and features used to be great BUT they seem to be slipping.

Screen jumps around when you first sign on, often causing me to click on the wrong patient.

I love all the training that are offered and easy to re watch when having proplems.

Our hugest struggle is getting reports to balance.

She was trained wrong and then told she wasn't doing the process right.

I have also struggle with the arrangement of the widgets.

I like that it is easy to use. The electronic charting system has many options and offers a write in section if you want to add something not included in the options provided.

Patagonia has been great for my charting on my patient visits.

You make changes we don't ask for and they are often difficult to maneuver through, e.g. pharmacy app.

The lag time and sometimes the error messages.

Sometimes figuring out the widgets can be confusing.

We used to have great customer service and someone would actually call you and walk you through your issue, now everything is done via a ticket and some issues are not resolved in a timely manner.

I like how easy it is to view other departments information in the EMR.

This is somewhat frustrating when I  have clients waiting.

The ability to upload documents has been a huge advantage. It has eliminated the need for storing and transferring documents when students transfer or advanced from one school to another.

Too many freeze ups and sometimes lost documents.

Sensitive content hidden] is so easy to work with and can depend on her  to call you back.the system works well and I have been a biller for over 30 years and by far this one is the best I have used.

Reporting has been great and we have been able to use so many reports to get our numbers that the state requires.

I don't like not being able to edit the templates.I constantly have issues with prescribing medication. The entire medication system is cumbersome.

I love how user friendly it is. It is not difficult to schedule appointments.

I don't like how it doesn't go back to the place I left off (when entering in labs, medications, ect)I don't like that I am entering in things multiple times (so repetitive).

It can be difficult to fix a error. There tends to need to be multiple people to complete a simple mistake.

My only complaint about Patagonia Health has been recent.

Cool design, reliable technology, mobile app for iPhone, integrates with DESKTOP (browser) version. Desktop usability is VERY IMPORTANT.

It is an invaluable tool. Support has been great, and usually if we have a problem it's worked out fairly quickly.

Asking for some kind of credit for the inconvenience fell on a NO. I will give them a bit more time to figure their stuff out if it continues to get worse then I will have to go elsewhere.

The product is expensive for what you get and doesn't integrate well with an external EHR.

I would recommend it; it has helped me communicate with patients more easily; it's getting pricey though.

It's easy to add patients to the system, easy to use. We love that there is no login for our patients.

The review service helped us showcase the quality of care and service we provide.

The staff are very responsive. They even anticipate our needs - like the need to sort messages and send them to the right person immediately, instead of forcing us to manually sort.

We were pleased to find out that 95% of the time our staff was doing a great job.

Klara is easy to use, mostly easy for patients to use, and fairly accessible across platforms.

I was invited to begin using Klara when they were just a little baby startup and I was a beta user. I've stayed with them over the last 10+ years and they keep getting better.

I received a lot of complaints about not having a messaging service for the staff, It's only for patient to staff communication. The value for money is not good.

The video conferencing doesn't support multiple service recipients (clients) at the same, such as for group sessions.

What I like most about the Klara app is the simplicity of getting around the app. It’s very easy to use and you can speak with your provider with ease, as well as send and receive documents/forms.

It has made as a more efficient practice. Our patient's use it often so we know that they like it as well.

It makes it easy to be HIPAA-compliant, and patients love it. I manage complex patients around the world and I couldn't do it without Klara.

I believe that it was a good experience. If it was'nt for for the pricing now I would have not cancelled the service.

I really appreciate the accessibility this allows our office and patients to communicate.
