  • Pros

  • The dashboard, shortcuts and reporting are some of our best features in InSync. We also like that the system is customizable and we have been able to enhance some of our documentation.
  • Being able to tailor it to our patient population with integration of review of systems, quick check-boxes and so many scales has streamlined our documentation and improved efficiency.
  • Cons

  • Reminder later to just say “dont forget your appt etc” Not to Confirm appt. And When Pt completes CANCEL need to know when they cancel- date time -for Broken Appt Fee when Cancel <24 hrs.
  • Actually, very little can be completed in this application in bulk, which is very frustrating and time consuming. Moreover, you cannot download a clients entire chart at once.

  • It's a great tool to go back and comb through if an issue comes up. Patient's also love texting and this is the first opportunity we've had for them to be able to text our main number, super helpful.
  • The patients love the convenience of texting our office and the employees love that they spend more time hands free and not stuck to the phone all day.
  • Cons

  • Connected almost 100 percent of time. Rhinogram I am connecting only about 75percent of time, which has been disappointing bc I would have to follow up w phone call to finish my “virtual appointment.
  • That we have to pay to add numbers to the software.
