The second best feature are the sponsor ads. We like how they are not only on the homepage but integrated through the software.

There is often fear of losing donations during that down time, but their staff is always more than willing to make things right.

It has been a great relationship for us. We had onsite support for our first event and she was fantastic (and kept me sane).

The account managers are really fantastic and willing to help you through any questions or customizations you want to try.

The calendar feature for events is extremely difficult to use when inserting a lot of dates. It takes 12-14 clicks per individual date.
