  • Pros

  • This software looks nice and new so it is very aesthetically pleasing. It's a good program for finding out how people have heard about our company.

  • It is user friendly, and I like that it tracks all movements. I also appreciate the installation of the workstations, that was absolutely necessary for our operation!

  • Cons

  • The online widget isn't as customizable as I would like. The calendar is good and looks decent, but the user experience could be improved.

  • It is a bit difficult to add employees to events, but it’s not really something that is a deal-breaker. Can be a bit slow at times, needs a good WiFi system.

  • Pros

  • Stability, Nonstop enhancement , and rapid adopting to Travel market changes makes Techno Heaven one of the Leading Technology Provider facilitating path of success to All of their Clients.

  • Got all the features required for run our inbound tourism, Make life easy for reservation, finance & operations for FIT, Groups and Cruises

  • Cons

  • Technoheaven team is managing all the technical glitches very efficiently and they are coming every time with a perfect solution for any problem.

  • Merchant is unable to tag the bookings manually if the vouchers scanning takes time. The back office also do not give the vouchers QR code that enable ease if customers do not have the vouchers.
