Pros

Got all the features required for run our inbound tourism, Make life easy for reservation, finance & operations for FIT, Groups and Cruises

Cons
Technoheaven team is managing all the technical glitches very efficiently and they are coming every time with a perfect solution for any problem.
Merchant is unable to tag the bookings manually if the vouchers scanning takes time. The back office also do not give the vouchers QR code that enable ease if customers do not have the vouchers.

The software is really easy to use. It has an great app for smartphone which is really handy if you are on the go while using it.
It is easy to use, the customer service is great. They respond very quickly and all the team, specially the Munich team has been awesome.

Cons
The software is a bit hard to use at first but when you start using it, it all becomes much simpler.
In the beginning it wasn't user friendly but it has kept pace with our growth and needs
