One problem is that when you change a single letter in your text the translation disappears from the online website without any warning.

Accurate according to google's speech to text API. You can create your dictionary.

In those cases the sentences in the transcripts would be cut short, meaning that after every couple of words there would be a period followed by a capitalized word.

The only thing I can think of is an integration I tried to do that didn't work. It's stuck and I can't figure out how to cancel it.

Lack of data analysis tools, but they are not trying to buy that, is just an extra.

The pricing is great compared to other services, especially if you're working with larger volumes, and the editing interface is simply a pleasure to use.

I am very impressed at the quality of the transcriptions. I have so far used it in three languages (English, Japanese and French) and they have been the most accurate I have seen around.
