It is amazing to have ease of mind, knowing your Airbnb guests will receive reminders, notification, etc. All automated while you are traveling.

Easy to pair and integrate with STR platforms. Nice to have a backup and reminder for reservation inquiries and bookings, along with messages sent through the platforms from travelers.

Very powerful, I like that it integrates will so many different STR platforms. I also like that it can organize the cleaning team.

The integration with AirBNB, VRBO and others make this software a great option. It’s easy to use, straight forward and easy to pickup and learn without lessons.

Features, price point, customer support is great.

So far I find the software pretty easy to use and the customer support is AMAZING. Any questions I have get answered almost immediately and I feel like they listen to the things I want/need.

The ability to manage your properties across multiple channels/platforms is vital. The automated messaging is great, and they are constantly working to improve the product.

This is a great help to me as the host of two Airbnb properties. What I especially like is that it's free if you list 4 or less properties.

The automated messaging feature is great - really intuitive to use and customize the messages being sent. Customer service is pretty good, and easy to work with.

The support team are amazing. Every query or bug discovered has been dealt with very promptly, can not fault their support at all, one of the best teams I have had to deal with.

The way that my calendars are synced is awesome. Also automation of messages is a huge plus.

The price and calendar synchronisation saves so much time. The Team management feature for cleaners and maintenance is also a great feature.

Overall it has been a great experience because of the Customer support. That has been top notch.

Pricing is very difficult but it seems they are working on pricing feature.

The app is simply amazing. I can communicate with the guest in no time and most of the clients are pretty satisfied by the way we reply to out guest.

They also sent me outdated instructions that got me lost.

Not only is MyVR a great software but the folks BEHIND the tech are also great. There are many softwares out there today which perform similar functions but I really just like working with them.

The back end Customer Management, Listing Pages, Tracking and Schedules is excellent.

Right from the CEO to the customer support - they have always listened to us. Our account manager has been great to work with.

Support slow and often useless. There is no way to talk to a human.

My calendar, photos and property description automatically sync with both sites. The website design process was super easy, but the results are amazing.

Credit card processing is seamless with Stripe.

Beautiful websites, easy reservation system, they take care of their clients.

Limited accounting and housekeeping functionality (but I know they are working on future releases!!).

As the primary person who set the system, I can say that it does take time, by it's really pretty straightforward. The support staff are outstanding.

I love MyVr software because it makes running my properties seamless.

And did I mention the interface is pleasant to look at.

We have gotten complacent in using the large advertising companies and now are finding we are loosing control, both financially and of our property therefore losing the ability to run it on our terms.
