  • Pros

  • It is amazing to have ease of mind, knowing your Airbnb guests will receive reminders, notification, etc. All automated while you are traveling.
  • Easy to pair and integrate with STR platforms. Nice to have a backup and reminder for reservation inquiries and bookings, along with messages sent through the platforms from travelers.
  • Cons

  • I miss sometime more professional ergonomic design of the interface.
  • I have been advised that there is a problem with the system and I have mot heard back from you since then.

  • The back end Customer Management, Listing Pages, Tracking and Schedules is excellent.
  • Right from the CEO to the customer support - they have always listened to us. Our account manager has been great to work with.
  • Cons

  • They also sent me outdated instructions that got me lost.
  • Support slow and often useless. There is no way to talk to a human.
