Booking.com integration and website builder are good.

Many features of a large scale PMS are integrated, good integration of booking.com bookings; I really like the automated message part of the app.

Very happy about pretty much everything - all the features are useful for me and do not feel like too complicated or overkill.

There always seems to be some annoying glitch going on with this software. First its pushing the wrong prices to airbnb.

This one has been the best by for several reasons. It has a very simple and intuitive interface which works great on desktop and mobile.

Its been excellent and I can see how it will be very important to save me time and effort going forward. Customer support has been very clear and quick responding.

It is a good software that will save me lots of time and headaches from double bookings and logging into to multiple OTA's. It is great to be able to do things from one place.

Last thing...use a dynamic pricing app with this to get the best use of the calendar and pricing together. It saves time and brings in more money.

You can manage everything through this app. The financial reports and the fact that you can share them with your clients it is amazing.

Inability to create a custom auto-reply to an initial inquiry on VRBO (but I have been told they are working on it).

Less confusion and one calendar... what a great idea. It was so simple to use and the website was literally built in seconds mimicking my listing and it looks great.

If youre a visual person, than this program is perfect for you. I manage 21 properties and this is perfect as it allows me to see all my bookings on one page, on my laptop or phone.

There were no APN connections to Homeaway Vibro.

I came across Your Porter App, I immediately had a great feeling. The app, which has an advanced and continuously updated technology behind it, offers a simple but smart intuitive interface.

We use Hostfully for our Guidebooks when customers rent our country house. We love how they work, the ability to have bilingual contents and how they help our property shine.

Once set-up, the ease of use and integration into my Property Mangement System leads really helps me come across as knowing what the heck my business is doing.

What I like the best is the ease in which I can update and how my guests can access it on their phone, laptop, tablet or computer.

Sales team very aggressive but no free trial so they oversell its abilities. Massive overselling and marketing hype but very much overhyped.

Great experience all round, I have needed help once and it was so easy to contact someone at customer service and they talked me through on the phone and solved my issue.

I have all the information they require about the local area from supermarkets, medical care facilities to days out. It’s brilliant and very easy to navigate.

Lack of space for more visual content such as videos and photos.

We started using Hostfully as an alternative to paper in-room directories. This was triggered by Covid as Hostfully gives a 100% no contact access to our guidebook.

Importantly, they are intuitive for first-time users and easy to dive right into.

After spending a bit of time initially to set up the guidebook the way I wanted it using this product has been super easy.

I currently only use this software for the electronic guidebook feature and I love how easy it is to create new recommendations/cards.

That it continues to improve & takes into consideration my needs as an Airbnb host. I like the quality of the layout & pictorial functions.

We get awesome response from our guests when we send them the link to our Guidebooks, with all our property details and recommendations.

Setting it up with the cards, it's a bit confusing.

Love the way it is organized. It makes it so easy for my guests to find what they are looking for rather than having to scroll through a long document.

We haven't had a problem or a negative issue since we started using this platform.

As for cost, I have one property and Hostfully gives me free access and usage of the Guidebook program.

No analytics severely limits how you can judge vfm.

There is nothing that comes to mind on the negative side of this software.

One of the favourite is to be a able to put the name of the recommended business and the platform displays the map automatically.

The fact that my mother has a hard time understanding how to use.

Lacking of basic features. Unprofessional staff when comes to refunds.

It is a good tool to share information with our customers in a browser environment rather than an app. This can be used but almost every guest.
