I miss the feature in which you used to hover the mouse over a name and it would show the balance due.

Can't say enough good about their solid product, their customer service, and their willingness to continually strive to make the best product they can offer.

Without RK, I would have easily been burnout once I hit 5 properties, and we would have never had the opportunity to provide employment to so many great people.

Anything that was a problem for me, they helped. There is also a forum where other users can assist each other.

Most of all, the representative is very responsive. If I don't understand something or I want to do something unusual, he helps me get the problem solved quickly and graciously.

The auto-responders are awesome and can be modified to fit each rental. Customers can easily pay through the links and emails provided.

The integration into our website and customizable look made it an outstanding choice. Of course the customer service was ready to help setting things up to our liking.

Still a few odd quirks with the software, in my opinion.

Just 1 thing missing: for bookings where more than 1 invoice needed (ex. touroperator orders and pay for room - guest pay for food and extras) you have to add 2 bookings and hide 1 of them.

We have been with ReservationKey for 4 years and have been very happy and fits our needs. Being a small B&B it is a great price point, while having the functionality of the big boys.

Fast, no errors, great service, fully responsive, i am very happy to have found this amazing system.

The next thing that I found so wonderful is that it is so easy on the back end. I am not your traditional cookie-cutter hotel/motel.

It was fairly easy (if you know some HTML/CSS) to integrate and RK's support. Is fast and thorough, thanks to customer support staff.

They are very responsive and open to enhancements and suggestions. The system constantly improving and having more functionality.

However, that may be more a function of how I work rather than a problem with ReservationKey.

The actual product/service. It was difficult to find something that would work.

When we arrived we learned someone had put our rental on VRBO, but it was a fake location. We actually met the [sensitive content hidden] of the flat who lived full time in her apartment.

Also my last stay with them, the property was scuzzy and the management bad. I thought it was an outlier until my cancellation failure.

Able to easily integrate my calendar with Airbnb.

Last time I called with them was 2.5 hours on my vacation, before I could log in. It is ridiculous and especially frustrating, when you have urgent things to do.

I don't like that you cant search by price point.

What I like least about Vrbo is its inability to make a group booking and enable costs to be split amongst members of the same booking right from the application.

I like that there are so many options to choose from. I also love the map feature, where you can see available properties on a map.

I love how you can filter exactly what you are looking for, and that you can keep in contact directly with the owner.

The fees are astronomical. They are one reason I stopped using VRBO.

I am more than satisfied with VRBO when it comes to planing and organizing trips. It’s also so smart that you can share it with others going with and get everyone on the same page.

I also like being able to specify which features I want, refine the search by specific area, and put in a price range.

Ease of use for customers. Ability to update pricing easily.

Vrbo is a great way for us to market our 100+ rental properties as it is among the larges online resource to do so.

Love the functionality and ease of use within the app. I can pick specific dates for my travel or leave it open to see all my options in the area.

VRBO is the first place that I look for a place to stay when I am going on vacation. I love being able to stay in a house that is usually more immersed in the local culture than a hotel.

VRBO brings a great booking experience to guests looking for accommodations. We use a channel manager that intergrates with other OTA's and the software is easy to use.

VRBO is a great platform to use if you are wanting to be a little more immersed into the culture and community of the location you are visiting.

Their customer service is horrible. Always someone working from overseas that I can barely understand.

Everything about using VRBO is great, but I ran into a lot of trouble when a place that I had rented had features that were not working.

Too bad you cannot use the platform, because the double opt in doesn't let you in the app most of the time.

As Owners we pay $499 annual subscription fee and then every renter who books pays a service fee to Vrbo which ends up being a hefty percentage of their booking total.

Integration process is the worst of any rental platform.

Does not play well with other software. I have to manually input rentals from VRBO to figure out owner payout.

VRBO is a great way to find a nice place that is often cheaper than hotels with a lot more amenities. You can also find more unique experiences than a standard hotel.
