It's easy to use, good functionalities, rapid development (new features/assets every month), perfect customer support, very fast rendering.

Been using CreateStudio from the day it was launched. I've seen their growth and improvements to this video editor along with the amazing technology they have integrated over time.

I also realize this can be time-consuming. Also, there is no way to add your own custom fonts to the program which is annoying.

Motion of characters are bit difficult to undestant for starters.

From the program itself to customer support I am very pleased. It helped me create videos for my business very quickly and without a lot of effort.

It is on a level of its own with fantastic support, frequent updates and it's ease of use.

It has image and video banks that will complement your video without having to look elsewhere. The 24/7 support team is the best.

I have been completely satisfied. I did not want to get into another subscription but really liked what I was seeing each month and jumped in.

The fact that it is an online software, could do with offline because Africa has poor network and it gets frustrating at times.

And I have a lot of animation software, and this one I like the most. It's user-friendly and the best part is they add and improve CS every 15 days, and the best customer service by far.

Manipulating things on the timeline is a little harder.

The software is easy to use and easy to figure out  I have a good experience.

A little disappointed at the price of the All Access Pass.

Create Studio is always thoughtful of our needs as users. I love how they come with new 3D characters every month and their updates have always considered the suggestions of the community.

The text effects are brilliant, nice doodle effects too. Loads of templates and customizations available.

Ease of use, scene transitions and ability to make anything come to life by tinkering with the settings/features yourself.

I was able to integrate some creative license. Introducing photos and designs of my own worked seamlessly.

Takes too much space in my hard drive. Need to upgrade my laptop to keep up.

The only downside for me is the amount of memory usage. If it could be cloud based that would  tick every box for me.

I have gotten positive feedback from parents and adults that enjoy them. The December update with a Jesus character made me cry I was so happy.

Great value for money and a great cheap alternative to adobe products.

The learning curve of this software is so easy that a beginner can use with ease , it has great features and it cost for less which is actually cool.

The dashboard is set up to be user friendly and the YouTube tutorials are extremely helpful.

Fun graphics and animations. It is easy to upload and animate my own graphics.

As a freelancer, creating quick videos are super easy - especially with the animated characters and voice to text that's available.

It's been really fun to work with Create Studio and the support has been really great. I have been able to create videos that have been really appreciated very well.

Also the landing page for our video page is not that pleasing / not much customization.

Completely brandable video marketing and costumer support sollution.

The hippo video is very very easy to use and it helps a non-techniacal person to take full advantage from it easily and you can share the video that is created on social media easily.

I've used for screen recording and editing videos and love it. So easy and whenever have a question they respond back within a day.

At times the quality is low/uploading is slow. This could have a few different problem sources, I'm still working out all of the kinks linked.

It has an excellent integration with other platforms like YouTube or facebook. It is very easy to use, with just a few touches you can create very good videos with your cell phone.

There is a good experience to use Hippo Video and make screen recordings easily and share it without so many steps, as some other software required.

I would recommend it to anybody who need a quick and easy way to make videos and store them online.

Overall, the app was good, but needs some updates to make is mobile friendly. I used it for the ease of use to create videos on the go using my mobile phone.

I also appreciate the Chrome Gmail extension to make the process more seamless.

Hippo Video is a comprehensive platform for recording and sharing videos. Video emails are a perfect way to introduce your product or service to potential customers.

It enables me to record the client requirements as they provide them and later on edit them accordingly. This provides a perfect notion for my team.

The integrations and the video testimonials from Customers are just a BONUS.

Also, their support team is really helpful, efficient and responsive.

Free version allows you to record up to 10 minutes. Most important, great customer support-respond quickly.

The tool is still very unstable and the chrome extension always crashes the browser. There's no windows 10 app as available in the loom.

It's very powerful and I'm looking forward to implementing it more.

You get what you need for basic video editing with this product but there can be some lag time in between uploads.

You can only edit some basic, no effect they offer.

It's simple and quite handy to use. The chrome extension and the video editor is also very useful for instant video capturing and edition, respectively.

Easy to use and good interface that can be accessed easily from your email.

I will admit there were some initial hiccups with onboarding; however, I am still in awe of how above and beyond the customer service team went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied.

It's amazing the things Hippo Video can do. It has tools that allow a library of videos to be customized on the fly.

The product is easy to use provided you have a strong internet connection. I have only used it for meeting recordings and yet to use the other features but so far it has been great.

It's very very easy to use. I enjoy being able to record and share responses to help desk customers as well and view videos from my team here at the office on new features/ideas we need to discuss.

In some occasions I have had problems with the pages, which has frozen what I do not allow for working.
