Great Features but Pricing Structure Can Outweigh That.

Having different access privileges was easy to set up and very handy. The system emails reports to all users notifying them of what has changed/been added to the data room which we found very useful.

Documents are easy to find and the bulk upload option makes things efficient for adding multiple documents in one go.

Search function isn't good/accurate, index sorting for new documents isn't set up efficiently.

It is fairly easy to navigate and there isn't 'too much' going on. This makes the VDR feel clean and simply makes it easier for me as the administrator to arrange everything.

Having used it for a number of transactions, my experience has been positive.

Permissions are a bit messy sometimes, but otherwise no concerns.
