Ease of use  - our employees understood everything for quickly.

We started going into the office in person and being a start up, it's a limited space.

It also helps keep us safe via the wellness survey. We are so happy with the product and the service that we are looking to expand the amount of business we do with Eden.

As you can tell, I mainly have used it for these purposes but it has saved us time so far. Time is money so this is great.

Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.

It is friendly and it helps me do my job with more ease. It saves me time and money.

The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.

My overall experience with Eden is really great because it is user-friendly and very easy to use. I think the reservation process is pretty straightforward and not at all time-consuming.

The simplicity of the platform and the design promotes efficiency for administrators and users alike.

I have loved working with their team - the most exciting thing about the tool is that they're constantly rolling out new features and keeping a very client-first approach in how they build.

My favorite tool is the Ticketing Tool — It helps streamline all of our teams’ requests in one place, and it integrates with Slack.

We also loved the capability to do health surveys, and to block users who hadn't submitted the health survey or proof of vaccine for NYC protocols.

When an issue has come up, the problem does not inhibit the function of the platform as a whole.

Amazing, would highly recommend and I do recommend this product to all my clients (many of whom oversee workplace/facilities of their offices).

Eden has great customer care. Their customer service reps treat you with respect and kindness at all times and are super knowledgeable about questions related to the platform or features.

It's been a great tool for us to handle managing an open desk concept at multiple offices around the country. The support team is also excellent, both very knowledgable and very responsive.

The system also integrated fantastic with our cloud (Jumpcloud) and our security system (kisi) to allow seamless entry.

The product is easy to use to book seating at the office.

It makes it easier to manage our office space, it is great for a big team that has hybrid work modes (WFH and Office). It's very easy to use and accurate.

Eden is very easy to use. The ability to integrate with slack has been extremely useful.

The Raptor Visitor Management System has helped make our schools safer and has provided us with a common accountability for all visitors in our schools.

I use Raptor to sign in for work daily. It is probably helpful to management to see who is in the building, assuming they sign out when leaving.

We've loved everything so far. Customer service is great and the fact that they have videos to train future users is perfect.

It is easy to use, scan license, input name then print badge.

Raptor works great for school security visitor system.

I love that Raptor does exactly what it says it is going to do. It was super easy to talk to someone at the company and demo the product.

Easy to use and very fast; there is  a Batch version and a single entry version.

With so many Raptor users in our school district, having Raptor's technical support team provide direct support to our users has been a lifesaver.

But if you regularly check a batch of your constituents against the system, there is no way to quickly eliminate the match that already previously checked out.

Too many calls to customer service for refreshing/restarting/repairing. Too difficult to maintain.

The ability to print a common visitor pass district-wide and for the visitors to be tracked commonly by each school is also an added benefit.

Potential criminal histories pop up immediately with a text alert to key staff, like security and administration, allowing us to respond extremely quickly if needed.

More importantly, this gives parents and staff a great peace of mind for their school.

There is no unique identifier to compare previous batch checks with; but this may be the National system versus Raptor itself.

Raptor is fast and effective. Visitors bring their IDs, which our staff will scan, and then get a badge for their visit.

Raptor is highly effective in keeping schools safe, and especially offering parents and staff peace of mind, very needed in this modern day. A great investment for any school.

The pricing for Raptor was the best of the companies we solicited. It seems to work pretty well as long as all software and hardware is up to date.
