  • Ease of use - our employees understood everything for quickly.
  • My overall experience with Eden is really great because it is user-friendly and very easy to use. I think the reservation process is pretty straightforward and not at all time-consuming.
  • Cons

  • Nothing that I can think of that is missing from software.
  • The only thing that is missing right now are the features they didn't roll out yet. I can't wait to check out the desk reservation and room booking features once they launch.

  • The Raptor Visitor Management System has helped make our schools safer and has provided us with a common accountability for all visitors in our schools.
  • I use Raptor to sign in for work daily. It is probably helpful to management to see who is in the building, assuming they sign out when leaving.
  • Cons

  • But if you regularly check a batch of your constituents against the system, there is no way to quickly eliminate the match that already previously checked out.
  • Too many calls to customer service for refreshing/restarting/repairing. Too difficult to maintain.
