It's also highly customizable which makes it more efficient to use as we learn more about how to better take advantage of all of its features, including the analytics.

The service was so efficient and easy to set up as a company administrator. Our favorite feature by far was the easy-to-use text message feature that allowed parents to text us when they were here.

If we are busy and the Host inputs a telephone number incorrectly, we have no way of getting in touch with them unless the Host remembered who they were.

Our least favorite features of the software was lack of characters that could be used in writing a message. Other than that we don't have any dislikes with the software.

So TablesReady solved that problem and it's also just an easier and quicker way to handle the wait list overall.

It is a nice private way of contacting each guest. Love the ability to send messages thanking them for their visit.

However, the accurate and precise messaging/reservation system is awesome for a small business owner like me to be utilize a productive and efficient environment for my guests.

We had so many customers that it became hard for people to track where they were in line -- however, we were moving people through the line fast, so this information was a bit inaccurate anyhow.

When someone arrives, the text can sometimes look off on my phone, but may be phone error, not app error.

It eliminated the cost of an employee and their benefits. It's easy for our guests to use.

I also love that we can integrate it with Slack which we use.

I think the best part is the notification aspect of the software is pretty convenient.

We didn't want the cost of having a receptionist given the size of the business so went looking for  a digital option. The Receptionist fit the bill in terms of cost and functionality.

The adjustment to buttons from an esthetic perspective can sometimes be slightly difficult or limited but it's still sufficient.
