The voice quality and the price per seat are very competitive. The phone and computer apps offer seamless presence, and the ability to bounce calls from one device to another is nice.

WE are stuck with a phone system we hate and does not work for us. Comcast could not careless.

Unable to retrieve voicemails some times. Customer service is sometimes hard to deal with.

One final con that makes me regret this software is the lack of features and things you can do in other Vendors.

The sudden loss of service for our 800 numbers, hunt group setup, terrible support, and no help from the sales team. Their portal is the worst one I have worked with.

The software was constantly changing and it was difficult to keep up with all the new equipment throughout both offices.

I love that we are able to set up different options for when our business is closed or for holidays.

I am posting this via my cell phone - that is how sick and tired I am of Comcast. If you are considering them for your company's service,  do so at your own peril.

Well clarity is great internally, out calls is average.

I love the functionality and customisability of the system.

The user interface was hard to navigate and often resulted in confusion of whether my phone was forwarding correctly or not.

That should have chased us of their service butt we decided to stick with it since it was so difficult to switch all communications over.

If we have had any problems we have been able to contact Customer support and get the help needed. The price is good for what we are getting.

Comcast Business is great for my company. It is reliable and affordable.

We got this phone system service because the sales representative said that it was an amazing system and that we will would get all the features we needed.

They do what they can, but they have other jobs waiting on them. The resources and search is horrible.

Terrible service, pricing is awful, phones are often down, the interface is SO DIFFICULT, changing anything is so difficult to accomplish.

This app has a seamless interface, and the ability to maneuver calls from one device to another is pretty cool.

They haven't even discounted our bills for all of this. You have to practically have a cheat sheet to be able to learn how to use certain features.

I really like how clear it is, how easy to use the software user friendly to be short. Can be downloaded to phone, pc, laptop, tablet.

I have been treated well, my only complaints are the above mentioned.

No transparency into spam-tagged phone numbers & replacements. More than 50% of replaced numbers come back already as spam, waste of our money.

Convoso has a really cool workflow automation that has elevated my productivity quite a bit and I'm definitely profitable.

I felt that from planning to live strategy it went swift, accurate with attention to detail and training to ease the transition.

The thing I like the most is that it is user friendly, easy to use, no complications, just straight to the point get the calls and dispose them correctly.

They have a team dedicated to driving your success, and have helped us improve in all dialing KPIs from our previous dialer.

The business has been able to set up quality appointments in less time. Reporting is a good tool.

Also, Convoso tech support is 2nd to none. Tech Support is easily accessible, all issues are resolved efficiently and even done with a smile.

It has lead management, a fully integrated PBX,  tons and tons of features that help optimize your operation and minimize the need for a admin to run it. It pretty much runs on auto pilot.

This allows me to make smarter decisions with Real Time Analytics that Track Agent and list profitability.

A lot of times bad updates causes glitches that affect our performance.

What I like the most about the convoso is its very easy to used , we were not having any problems in contacting our clients since it is reliable and options were given and can easily to be found.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are head and shoulders above the rest and should be models to learn from in the onboarding process. Love you all and thank you very much.

The software increased our contact rates 3x which increased overall sales 3x. In addition, the reporting dashboards allowed us to vastly improve a number of efficiency and agent behavior issues.

Our campaign has very specific needs and the software struggles to customize to our needs. In example, Reporting is restricted to dials when we need records as well.

There would also be times that there's a delay. You might hear a phone call ending , you just need to click reconnect.

The price is a bit expensive but its worth it.

I love that is very user friendly. I can make contact with a lot off people in a shorter time frame and navigate the system with ease.

The cost is above average for the sector and the deployment was one of the worst. Seems to be worth it however.

Dialer is great and flexible system very easy to used contacting clients. And customer service is good on technical help.

This product was easy to use and implement for my new business. The customer support team has always been helpful, and the sheer levels of thought put into designing this software is amazing.

Worse system i've ever used, spent thousands of dollars setting this system up and nothing but constant issues and bugs that never get fixed.

More complex configurations in Convoso are either limited or not possible.

Being able to track our costs and conversion ratios better than ever before. Also our speed to contact seems to lead our peers evidence by speaking to lead companies and verify time from post to dial.

I love how flexible the system is and that a lot of changes don't require an engineering background to apply.

Cost and a single integrated solution rather than a patchwork of tools.

Calls come in smooth most of the time and wait time is just right. It is easy to use and since its a web based tool, just log in at any browser, hit availability and you are good to go.

Kudos to amazing internal staff who helped me assimilate to my new surrounding and control panel mighty fast.

I've had some small difficulties with accessing the dashboard.

The only inconvenience we experience at times are network related & they are so rare we barely notice.

The dialer is great, We had better connect rate with our lead however, some of the API integration and functionality on the list are still not fixed.

The price for the extra features cost more than replacing the DID. The scam likely feature is not where it needs to be and it does not justify the cost.
