Pros/Cons
Pros
- Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase and I do recommend it to friends and Colleagues.
- Easy of use, and stability of connection are two of the best features of this product, the fact that its wireless and it has small size is a good too.
- It's been great the connection is very stable and reliable, I loved the customer service as well, they were there when I needed which is the best.
Cons
- Frustrating experience with lack of documentation and Barco support product knowledge. Created tensions with client and lost a lot of money.
- It is a problem for skeptics as usual for any new tech.
- Occasionally the unit will drop signal or have very bad leg or graininess on the image seems to get better after firmware updates.
Pros
- Overall I like the ease of functionality from switching between chatting to a video chat since we are working remotely it is nice to have that feature.
- Overall I've been happy with videochat quality, integration with google calendar, sharing capabilities and strongly recommend for business and personal video calls.
- Start a big conference is easy and safe for all the team. In general the quality of the sound and image is good and the signal is stable, even when there are a lot of elements that can affect this.
Cons
- The software occasionally closes apps or issues with logging in, or the password code is not working, participants are waiting to enter the meet, and denied access.
- The one downside with this platform is the lack of additional features it has, compared to other videoconferencing tools.
- Very bad experience i would add professional experience as i was an interview with a national Hungarian radio...We had so much problems before and during the interview.
