Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I would think they could be making money with user fees off of this fantastic idea/platform, but no - it's free. It's quite simple and intuitive.
  • People however are another story...Doodle allows you to select times that will work for you and then everyone else gets to vote on what times will work for them - may the best time win.
  • Cons

  • A problem that I encountered is that everyone has a different calendar system and some do not use them at all. So, this could be a problem for reminding people when the meetings are.
  • There is very little that I don't like about this software. I might be able to come up with a small dislike if I think about it really hard, but really can't.

  • I like the customer service Vonage offers and the ability to have set up a business line that is cloud based.
  • The quality of connection, ease of using, and all the features that include text, SMS, and managing your logs are the best features, and the integration with the business is easy.
  • Cons

  • Then without warning Simulring and Call Forwarding no longer works outside of a few countries. I rely on this service which they just cut off.
  • Often the sync features did not work as advertised. My employees had a lot of trouble working with the software and customer support was extremely poor from a knowledge standpoint.
