It’s the best professional level software for any office or school. Very reliable and super user friendly.

I grew up with this software, it was taught to me at school and I thought it was the only way to do things. I was in love with Microsoft 365, its useful, accessible and easy to use tools.

I love that the programs integrate seamlessly and can store files online in the SharePoint platform for ease of use when sharing documents for collaboration.

It's very easy to use and the fact that you are able to not only switch between them very quickly and seamlessly, but the fact that they integrate with one another is amazing.

Overall experience is great start from installing to using and updating yearly in the organisation. It just takes care of its own when it comes to updating which is great.

It is terrible on mobile or even if you just have the admin panel taking up half of your screen. Can be frustrating to work with.

The overall suite is nice to collaborate with fellow employees on specifically Microsoft Teams is amazing for collaboration.

My overall experience is good  I would recommend this program to everyone. I have had a positive experience  with this program.

If I have no internet connection then I an not able to access anything which can be frustrating if I am out somewhere with no connection.

My experience with Microsoft 365 has been great. I really like using the software because it helps me with business letters and eeseach.

It's nice to have a one-stop-shop for all of your needs. That makes it super helpful because it works across platforms.

Non profit pricing is excellent. Love the Office 365 Exchange much better than on-site.

Customer Service is included in the cos,  I have had to call them a couple of times and have been taken care of by a real person and they have resolved whatever issue I was having.

Everything you love about the disk version of Microsoft but in the cloud. Super easy to use, super easy to share - and you can plugin in Grammarly.

I like some of the apps that you can integrate with the system. They are superior and more advanced.

There are many things that I love about this program. The price point is fantastic, especially considering all the resources you get for a small monthly fee.

The auto quarantining is a bit aggressive and sometimes has false positives. As an admin I can release them so no email is lost, but still a bit annoying.

I love that they offer Office 365 for free to use, and I love the ease of most of their apps, such as Microsoft Word, and a few other docs.

Doing the same search query on desktop vs. browser will consistently return different results, which is particularly frustrating. The calendaring system has also gotten worse over the years.

The overall experience has been wonderful. Even the customer support was a pleasant surprise, compared to others.

It was a godsend to have 365 in place, because I was able to move my business out of the office as needed during the more challenging springtime, and now have the option to work from home as desired.

The microsoft suite is amazing because it is compatible with pretty much everything now. Making documents is great because it has review things where you can send things to other people.

Microsoft Support is horrible and it takes an incredibly long time to get through to them if you have a problem.

Overall Microsoft 365 is an amazing product with great features and wonderful customer service.

The worst thing would be that its hard to recover lost excel documents as they don't show in recent workbooks.

What i like most is that Oracle CX Marketing helps me build strong relationships with customers. I can request a demo version before final purchase, that is great advantage in my mind.

Expensive in comparison with the competition. Lots of features but the support is bad and also the layout and UI looks dated.

This is a very good marketing tool, it can help create landing pages, emails, and submit forms via the editor.

There are plenty of good CRMs out there so keep looking.

Difficult to use, cost and the answer “it’s on our roadmap” each time we asked for additional functionality.

I've had the fortune of using Eloqua at the last two organizations that I've worked for. Both organizations had unique data storage programs and therefore integration was of great importance.

In the others, I have had many situations where I had a business problem that I couldn't solve in it. Not with Oracle Marketing.

When we have large canvases and campaigns, it can be slow to run our segments and thus, can delay our launches.

Good experience but high cost. Universal program used in every business that can be customized but takes time.

Customer support is very bad, every team in the company has no idea what the other is doing, extremely disorganized and frustrating.

It is using drag and drop placement, so don't need programmer to help at all. It also has the email subscription manager features that help manage the email recipients list, and setup email campaigns.

Some customizations are hard to make after something is automatically scheduled.

We vastly underestimated the difficulty in integrating with our CRM.

If what you want to do isn't out of the box, or a plugin available, you can create just about any program or process within the system.

I have been able to apply the strategy and get excellent results thanks to the Topliners Community, the online trainings and the support team, which are still giving us an extremely important help.

Changing from an old system to Oracle was done with ease and the functionality Oracle offers along with its UI and troubleshoot is great for its users. Overall i am pleased with this software.

Discipline, organization, order and a great impact on our customers is what we have achieved with the use of this great platform.

The campaign management in Eloqua is a very easy and intuitive tool to send out simple, as well as sophisticated email campaigns.

I have used Marketo, Hubspot, Pardot, etc. This is by far, my favorite of all of them.

I like it because I'm very tecchy. Other might find it confusing and difficult to learn.

These two areas alone have made a world of difference in how I can use this amazing tool to better our data health.

I am a true Eloqua fan and encourage everyone to check out their Topliners community to see all the capabilities of this system.

It used to be that you could call in and talk to a rep, who would talk you through any problem on the spot.

The Eloqua suite is very powerful and has brilliant support resources like Topliners and the Eloqua University.

We have a home-baked CRM, not SFDC or Dynamics. So, we have been stymied in delivering our marketing knowledge to Sales.
