The support after it was initially setup has been excellent as well. The Auto Call back feature to avoid waiting on hold is one of the best features for our Call Center Customer Service Center.

Limitations on the Ooma Business products. Problems transferring calls in larger installations.

Ooma has a great online system that allows you to easily forward calls to your cellphone and send faxes. The online system is very user friendly and I have not had any issues with.

Love that voice mail is sent in an email and the notification when I have an incoming call.
